Seeking a Creative Director Specialized in Inbound Advertising Agency for Overseas Markets (Writing, Social Media Posts, Video Production, etc.) in the Inbound Industry
We are recruiting a Creative Director specialized in Inbound advertising agency, essentially focusing on directing creative work for the Western markets. No industry experience required - newcomers are welcome!
We are searching for individuals who can take on the role of directing overseas tourism creatives (such as article content writing for multilingual websites, creating social media posts, producing tourism videos, writing advertising copy, etc.) targeting Western, Australian, and other overseas audiences for various local governments, tourism associations, DMOs, and companies across Japan.
This socially impactful role involves promoting lesser-known but captivating tourist destinations, history, culture, and other tourism resources from different regions of Japan to foreign audiences, primarily in the Western, Australian, and other markets.
Responsibilities include:
- Understanding clients' marketing challenges and developing creative strategies
- Assigning foreign creators (writers, journalists, photographers, designers, videographers, etc.) for projects, mainly outside of Japan (Note: Creators mainly consist of those we have an existing partnership with, but new collaborations are also encouraged.)
- Managing project progress while adhering to clients' objectives and deadlines
- Budget management

求める人材:

- European-American-Australian nationality
- Experience in creative production management and direction in the advertising and marketing industries.
*Experience in the travel industry, general trading companies, etc. is also welcome.
- English proficiency is required as communication with foreign creators is a major part of the work.
