Leading FMCG Hotel Supplier company is requiring an Inventory & Production cost controller.
Must have a good understanding of:

Job Scope:
- Manage the warehouse stock in compliance with the company vision and policies.
- Should ensure that stock movements from different locations are accurate at all times.
- Issue production job cards as per the correct BOM.
- Ensure that any material adjustments are done daily when they occur in order to reach a zero adjustment state during monthly stock counts.
- Ensure accurate stock counts are done monthly.
- Oversee all documents relating to materials receiving and ensure they are correctly captured on AccPac.
- Control all material movements between the warehouse and the factory.
- Physically verify the quantities that are being moved between locations before capturing on Accpac.
- Generate job cards as per the daily plan issued by the General Manager
- Transfer materials to the production location.
- Assemble all completed job card in the production location and transfer stock into Finished Goods Location.
- Reconcile all materials on each job card and transfer un-used materials back to the warehouse location.
- Complete an adjustment form for waste generated and submit to the financial manager for adjustments and to the general manager to take action on the waste.
- Provide the quality coordinator and warehouse manager with a reject warehouse report bi-weekly.
- Provide direction and leadership to the factory staff.
- Assist with the stock count in other business units when required.
- Generate monthly reports of stock movements with an overall value of all stock in the warehouse.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: R20,000.00 - R25,000.00 per month
