We are looking for a Manager to join the People Advisory Services team in our Perth office. In this role you will have the opportunity to work closely with both South Australian and national clients across a breadth of workforce related projects.

The Role:


  • Drive implementation of solutions, develop recommendations and reports, prepare client presentations
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to provide advice and support on workforce strategy, organisation design, change management, strategic communication and human resources transformation
  • Lead and develop team members
  • Develop proposals and tender responses
  • Use your knowledge and experience in the delivery of challenging projects across a diverse range of organisations


What we’re looking for


  • Qualifications in human resources, communication, design and business (highly desirable)
  • Demonstrated experience working in government, defence and/or management sectors
  • Proven ability to build internal and external relationships with senior stakeholders
  • Strong leadership and client delivery experience
  • Experience working with ambiguity ability to adapt to change and deal with ambiguity
