1、电气技术员必须要熟悉用电设备管理流程，熟悉与设备相关的管理法规，具备先进的设 备管理理念。其任务就是要采取一系列措施对企业设备进行全过程、综合有效的管理，保持设备的完好，提供设备的效能，保证实验室正常运行工况和无故障运行时间。在突发状况时，需要立刻采取措施，解决困难。
2、有大型建设项目（5万㎡及以上）电力施工管理经验优先；
3、3年以上医药行业研发中心、厂区管理经验
Qualification Required:
Essential Functions of the job:
- 负责设备与设施的电气施工、项目交付后运营管理工作，以及自控系统的维护。
- 参与新设备的安装调试；
- 负责电气设备的定期保养；
- 负责用电设备使用培训；
- 定期巡检设备，收集用户反馈信息、监督使用方规范操作；
- 对电气设备的故障原因进行分析汇总，反馈后落实改进方案；
- 日常用电数据的记录和自控数据的记录保存。
- 进行用电量数据分析和提供用电节能建议
Qualifications:
- 机电一体化或工业控制专业等相关大专及以上学历；
- 有初级以上电工证优先；
- 会使用CAD，能看懂设备电气电路图
- 熟悉实验室用电设备，具备三年以上维修运营设备的工作经验；
- 具有良好的服务意识，工作认真负责；
- 较强的事故判断和处理能力，动手能力强；
- 能吃苦耐劳，熟练应对各种突发设备故障
- 熟悉BMS自控系统有加分
