We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Gaming Team Leader to join our leadership team and gain a hands-on approach to assisting with the operational management of our satellite Clubs which include, the Lakemba Club and Moxon Sports Club located at Punchbowl.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Actively assist with the coordination of daily Club operations including managing the roster and workflow of job roles;
- Provide exceptional customer service and customer service recovery;
- Lead and motivate a team of employees;
- Manage and report incidents that occur on the Gaming floor and other Club areas, and escalate matters, as required;
- Resolve general technical/gaming machine issues, as necessary; and
- Actively promote a safe work environment.
About You
We are seeking a person who has a passion for leading people and who can provide service excellence in a fast-paced environment, where no two days are the same.
The successful applicant will have:
- Experience in a similar role or the desire to take the next step in your career;
- Outstanding customer service skills;
- Demonstrate strong communication skills (both written and verbal);
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills;
- Be self-motivated with the ability to multitask and meet conflicting deadlines;
- Flexibility to work across a 7-day rotating roster including days, nights, weekends and peak periods.
- Valid NSW Competency Card (or willingness to obtain)
