**Position Overview:**
We are seeking a highly skilled, adaptable, and reliable Software Business Development Manager to help take our company to the next level. In this role, you will work closely with the business development team to identify new business opportunities, develop strategies to achieve business goals, and manage client relationships. You should be familiar with the software industry, tech-savvy, and possess excellent communication skills.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Develop and implement growth strategies, focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
2. Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
3. Arrange business meetings with prospective clients to promote company’s software products and services.
4. Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
5. Create proposals and effectively present software solutions to potential clients.
6. Develop entry-level staff into valuable salespeople.
7. Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer needs and market trends.
8. Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
9. Track and report on sales performance analytics.
**Qualifications:**
1. Bachelor's or Master’s degree in business administration, or a related field.
2. Proven work experience as a business development manager in the software industry.
3. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
4. Understanding of sales performance metrics.
5. Experience in customer support is a plus.
6. Knowledge of the software industry, latest tech trends, and market conditions.
7. Excellent negotiation and leadership skills.
8. Strong communication, interpersonal skills and customer-centric approach.
9. Ability to build rapport and effectively present software solutions to potential clients.
10. Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
**Work Environment:**
This position typically operates in a professional office environment but is also expected to drive to meet clients or to attend relevant networking events. As such, a valid driver's license may be required.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Rs35,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
