We are working exclusively with our client in identifying a Technical Writer to create user documentation for a new software product launching in September. During this project, you will work closely with product owners, developers, and operations staff to document workflows, create outlines, and write how-to and user guides for internal and external users.
Start Date: Late May
Duration: 4 months
Hours: 30 hours per week to start and then will likely increase to 40 hours per week; working hours are flexible but must be available during the standard business day for meetings

- Sound technical background with experience writing user guides, help articles, and other documentation for software products.
- Experience creating workflows and business processes
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Experience working in software development and can quickly learn new systems.
- Ability to provide a consultative approach
- Must be able to share work samples
