We are seeking to hire exceptionally motivated and responsible individuals for the vacant position of an Administrative Assistant. As an administrative professional, you will help our company in its growth and success, and will grow and succeed with it!
The responsibilities of an assistant include:
Answering incoming phone calls and making outgoing ones to our clients and customers who have requested assistance;
Scheduling meetings, appointments and interviews;
Updating databases and calendars based on those interactions;
Handling email correspondence, sending out reminders about meetings, and information about out products and offers;
Meet and greet those coming in-person;
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills;
Ability to work under pressure;
Ability to set and follow deadlines without supervision;
Customer service orientated mindset;
MUST have a high school diploma or an equivalent certification;
Previous experience is not mandatory, but will be an advantage.
