EU AFFAIRS PROJECT MANAGER

Who are we looking for?

We are seeking a motivated EU Affairs Project Manager to join our growing company in the European consulting and project finance sector. As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment that values the central role of human beings.

What will be your tasks and responsibilities?

· Monitor EU funding calls relevant to the company and clients.

· Write EU project proposals and tenders.

· Manage and report on ongoing internal and EU projects, ensuring compliance with internal and EU requirements and guidelines.

· Provide information and consultancy services, including webinars and business analysis, related to EU topics and funding opportunities.

· Organize and participate in meetings, networking activities, events, conferences, seminars, and training courses.

· Contribute to the development of analysis and content for the website, newsletters, and publications related to EU topics and funding opportunities.

· Provide support and advice to company members and clients.

Requirements: what’s your profile? Expertise? Seniority?

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

· At least 2 years of proven and relevant professional experience in European design and project management, with a specific focus on Horizon Europe, Erasmus+, and CERV.

· Completed higher education diploma.

· Good knowledge of EU funding programs, tender processes, and regulations.

· Good knowledge of EU institutions, legislative procedures, and policies.

· Can-do attitude and strong motivation, along with the ability to self-start and implement new tasks and initiatives.

· Strong organizational skills and good time management.

· Fluent in Italian and English, with excellent written and spoken communication skills. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

· Knowledge and experience of the EU tendering process is considered a plus.
