We’re looking for a strategic and creative thinker to join our team as our Marketing Director. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing plans and communication plans that promote our brand and products/services to our customers. You will work closely with the business, product & engineer, and design teams to ensure that our brand is represented consistently and effectively across all channels. The ideal candidate will have experience managing a team of marketing professionals, as well as a proven track record in developing and executing successful brand marketing.
Description of Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing plans that achieve business objectives across multiple channels including paid, owned, and earned media
- Oversee the development of creative assets, working with internal teams to ensure on-brand, high-quality deliverables
- Manage budgets for all marketing initiatives, ensuring efficient use of resources to maximize ROI
- Analyze data and insights to inform marketing strategies and optimize campaigns in real-time
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, sharing knowledge and insights with the team on a regular basis
- Serve as a thought leader internally and externally, representing the company at events, conferences, and other speaking engagements
- Hire, manage, and develop a high-performing team of marketing professionals
- Set departmental goals and KPIs, and establish systems and processes to track progress and report results
- Create and maintain strong brand identity across all touchpoints
- Foster a culture of creativity, innovation, and collaboration within the marketing department
- Continuously strive to improve the effectiveness of marketing programs and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company

Required Qualifications
- Proven track record of +10 years in brand marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Extensive experience in omnichannel marketing to deliver a cohesive and impactful brand experience across multiple touchpoints
- Strong understanding of brand strategy and positioning
- Excellent analytical skills and experience using data to inform marketing decisions.
- Fluency in marketing channel metrics and quantitative and qualitative consumer research
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
