We pair support workers with residents near their own home and where you might have skills the resident needs. We also provide a robust training program so you can learn, grow, and make a difference in the lives of other people in our community

The kinds of roles we have are:
  • Home management
  • Personal cares
  • Assisting people to achieve their goals
  • Supporting people to manage their daily activities
  • Assisting with exercise, mobility, medications perhaps (with training)

To be considered a great fit with Care on Call you need to be genuinely compassionate, caring, professional and willing to support others in their home. Being able to drive to get to work and potentially carry your client(s), have previous experience and/or Health and Wellbeing qualifications would be an advantage.

We can offer a variety of contract types including casual/flexible and guaranteed or permanent hours. You can discuss the best employment relationship with us and we can match that with clients and service needs.
