Stellenbeschreibung
  • Personnel support for employees for the German locations in Ravensburg, Düsseldorf and Zell (full or part-time min. 30 hours/week)
  • Accompanying the entire employee lifecycle - from recruiting to exit
  • Administrative personnel work, such as data maintenance, creation of job advertisements, employment contracts, job references, and correspondence with health insurance companies and authorities
  • Creation and implementation of payroll accounting and its administration as well as processing of time management
  • Competent advice for our employees and managers on all HR-related issues
  • Monthly HR reporting and HR support for the annual financial statements
  • Support in the implementation and implementation of the People Strategy at our German locations

Qualifikationen
  • Completed degree or comparable qualification in human resources management, business administration or a related field
  • At least 5 years experience in human resource management with a focus on payroll
  • Sound knowledge of income tax and social security law
  • Knowledge of German labor law and the Works Constitution Act
  • very good knowledge of English
  • Independent and service-oriented way of working
